A couple years ago I got two empty Apple Macintosh SE/30 cases.
To make our hackerspace more cozy, I decided to install an RGB LED lamp in one of them.
If anyone wants them, here are the steps to make one also:
- Own or find an empty case.
- Open the case and glue a semi translucent screen to the front part of the case. With or without a cardboard which contains a text or logo cutout.
- Put an RGB LED lamp inside the case.
- Close the case, switch the light on
- ???
- Profit!
