On 26.07.2025 starting from 19:00 we'll be opening our doors for interested visitors, for example for those who haven't been to a hackerspace before and are curious or those from other spaces wishing to visit us. Sign-up is not required. There are snacks and drinks available for a fee, as well as coffee/tea/water. Parking is also available, you can get a card from us with a QR code to exit the parking area. If you have any questions, you can reach out to info@ackspace.nl or by phone (+31-45-71-12345). There are some grocery stores nearby (Jumbo, closes at 20:00, Albert Heijn, closes at 22:00), and it's a short walk to the city center for take-out restaurants etc. The main train station from Heerlen is about a 10 minute walk away from the space, and is served by NS and Arriva. In particular, the RE18 from Aachen or Liège-Guillemins could be interesting for visitors from across the border.
