This template is used to mark pages who will be removed. There might be various reasons, but one thing is certain: its contents are to be seen as 'not valuable'.
It will display a banner on the page where it is included, and adds the category 'removal' to it.
To mark a page outdated use the following:
{{Marked for removal}}
Here is a list of pages that are about to be removed: no pages marked for removal.
