As we currently are remodeling the space, this is the opportunity to clean/sort projects and items.
The idea that raised was something like having an item ranking and sorting system:
racks
These are the big metal perforated racks with light on them

| project rack (right one, close to the desks) | holds active projects and useful complete cables |
| stuff rack (left one, close to fixed cabinet #4) | holds prospect projects, and useful parts |
| lounge rack | used as whiteboard holder |
small cabinets

| left workshop cabinet (white) | MSP boards, DECT stuff |
| right workshop cabinet (gray) | components, pwnage stickers, paper, plastic and zip tight bags |
| stacked metal cabinets | crafting tools |
| wooden cabinet | bar material (cups, milk, sugar, etc.) |
